Undergraduate Researchers Present at GW Research Day 1
Research Day 1, held recently on April 1, 2014, was a resounding success with over 160 students presenting their research.
Students proudly presented their research posters to faculty judges and the GW community. Over 100 of these students were undergraduates from all class years. Judges reported being particularly impressed with the creativity and sophistication demonstrated in the great diversity of research projects on display. For many students, Research Day 1 represented the culmination of years of often painstaking work and careful collaboration. At the end of the day, the first and second prize winners for each of the judging categories were announced (please see the recipients listed below).
