The Rangel Summer Enrichment Program is a six-week summer program designed to provide undergraduate students with a deeper appreciation of current issues in international affairs, a greater understanding of career opportunities in international affairs, and the enhanced knowledge and skills to pursue such careers.

Soros Fellowship for New Americans

The Soros Fellowship for New Americans supports up to two years of graduate study – in any field and in any advanced degree-granting program – in the United States.

UNCF/Merck Undergraduate Science Research Scholarship

UNCF/Merck Undergraduate Science Research Scholarship Awards are intended to help African American undergraduate students who are interested in science to further their science education and potentially pursue science and engineering careers.

AAUW Selected Professions Fellowships

Established in 1970 with a $25,000 grant from the Max C. Fleischmann Foundation, Selected Professions Fellowships originally focused on opening doors for women in the male-dominated fields of law and medicine. The focus has since expanded to include science and technology as the demand for a technologically skilled work force has grown without proportional representation by women.

Ford Foundation Fellowship

Through its Fellowship Programs, the Ford Foundation seeks to increase the diversity of the nation’s college and university faculties by increasing their ethnic and racial diversity, to maximize the educational benefits of diversity, and to increase the number of professors who can and will use diversity as a resource for enriching the education of all students.

Gilman International Scholarship

The Gilman Scholarship funds study abroad experiences for undergraduates with Pell Grants.

NASA Scholarship and Research Opportunities Program

The NASA Scholarship and Research Opportunities (SRO) awards scholarships to individuals who are pursuing degrees in undergraduate studies specifically in areas of projected deficiencies in the NASA Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) workforce.

Pickering Graduate Fellowship
